Western events are often run as a program of timed and judged classes over one or two days, sometimes alongside a rodeo or a campdraft on the same ground. The class list on each event page is what tells you whether your event is actually being run that weekend.

Nominations for timed events frequently close well before the day so the committee can build a draw. Closing dates are shown on every listing, and where nominations are taken through Horsify you will get your confirmation immediately rather than waiting on a return message.

Some clubs include Horsify's rate in their entry fees; others show it as a platform fee at checkout.
